Section 53 Expenses and receipts under Part III.

(1)

Any expenditure incurred by a Minister under this Part of this Act shall be paid out of money provided by Parliament.

(2)

Any receipts of a Minister under this Part of this Act shall be paid into the Consolidated Fund.
