Her Majesty, in exercise of the powers conferred on Her by sections 60 (other than sub-section (3)(r)), 61 and 102 of, and Schedule 13 to, the Civil Aviation Act 1982f1 is pleased, by and with the advice of Her Privy Council, to order, and it is hereby ordered, as follows:
