Article 1 Citation and commencement

This Order may be cited as the Air Navigation (Amendment) Order 2018.

Subject to paragraphs (3) to (5), this Order comes into force on 30th July 2018.

Article 5(b) comes into force on 30th November 2019 for the purposes of inserting into article 23(3) of the Air Navigation Order 2016^f1 the references to articles 94D and 94F of that Order^f2.

Article 7 comes into force on 30th November 2019 for the purposes of inserting articles 94D and 94F into that Order.

Article 10(a) comes into force on 30th November 2019.
