Article 10 Amendment of Schedule 13
In Schedule 13 (penalties)—
(a)
in Part 1, Chapter 1, after the entry relating to article 70(4) insert—
“
94D Requirement for SUA operator of certain small unmanned aircraft to be registered 94F Requirement for remote pilot of certain small unmanned aircraft to have acknowledgement of competency ”;
(b)
in Part 2, Chapter 1, after the entry relating to article 94 insert—
“
94A Height restrictions on flights by small unmanned aircraft 94B Restrictions on flights by small unmanned aircraft over or near aerodromes ”.
