In Schedule 1 (interpretation)—

(a)

after the definition of “Relevant overseas territory” insert—

  • ““Remote pilot” has the meaning assigned to it by article 94G(a);”;

(b)

after the definition of “State of the operator” insert—

  • ““SUA operator” has the meaning assigned to it by article 94G(b);”.
