Article 40 Rounding of dataI1

Total annual emissions must be reported as tonnes of CO₂ rounded to the nearest whole number.

Unless otherwise provided in this Order, all variables used to calculate the emissions must be rounded to the nearest whole number for the purpose of calculating and reporting emissions.
