Explanatory note
(This note is not part of the Regulations)
These Regulations further amend the Air Navigation (Dangerous Goods) Regulations 2002. The definition of “Technical Instructions” is amended so as to include a further addendum and corrigendum to the 2005–2006 edition of the Technical Instructions for the Safe Transport of Dangerous Goods by Air, approved and published by decision of the Council of the International Civil Aviation Organisation on 18th August 2005.
