The Secretary of State for Transport, in exercise of his powers under articles 16(7)(a), 20(2), 20(4), 42(1)(c)(ii), 43(5), 44(5), 44(6), 45(1), 56(1), 57(1), 58(b), 131(1), 142(6), 143(2) and 155(1) of, and paragraphs 4 and 5(1) of Schedule 5 to, the Air Navigation Order 2005^f1, makes the following Regulations.
