Her Majesty, in exercise of the powers conferred upon Her by sections 60(3)(c), (e) and (h), 101 and 102 of and Schedule 13 to the Civil Aviation Act 1982^f1, as extended to the Bailiwick of Jersey by the Civil Aviation Act 1982 (Jersey) Order 1990^f2, and section 35 of the Airports Act 1986^f3, as extended to the Bailiwick of Jersey by the Airports Act 1986 (Jersey) Order 2000^f4, is pleased by and with the advice of Her Privy Council to order, and it is hereby ordered, as follows:—
