In article 47 (Towing, picking up and raising of persons and articles)—

(a)

in paragraphs (1) and (3), omit the words “, other than a glider,”;

(b)

in paragraph (5), for the words “a congested area of a city, town or settlement” substitute “Jersey”; and

(c)

in paragraph (7)—

(i)

immediately before sub-paragraph (c) insert the word “or”, and

(ii)

omit sub-paragraph (d) and the word “; or” immediately before it.
