(a)

in each of paragraphs (1) and (2), for the words “, of any regulations” substitute “of an Order or any regulations”;

(b)

in paragraph (4)—

(i)

for the words “, of any regulations” substitute “of an Order or any regulations”; and

(ii)

omit the words “on summary conviction”; and

(c)

in paragraphs (5) and (6), omit the words “on summary conviction” wherever they occur.
