(a)

in paragraph (2), after the word “Authority”, wherever it occurs, insert the words “or the Committee”;

(b)

in paragraph (3), omit sub-paragraph (b);

(c)

in paragraph (5), in sub-paragraph (b) for the words “section 736 of the Companies Act 1985” substitute “Article 2 of the Companies (Jersey) Law 1991, as amended”;

(c)

in paragraph (6)—

(i)

in sub-paragraph (a), for the word “Authority”, wherever it occurs, substitute “Committee”; and

(ii)

in sub-paragraph (b), for “paragraph (4)(a)(ii)(dd)” substitute “sub-paragraph (a)(ii)(dd)”;

(d)

in paragraph (7), for the word “Authority” substitute “Committee”; and

(e)

in paragraph (11), for the word “Authority”, whenever it occurs, substitute “Committee”.
