Article 107 is modified as follows.

in paragraph (1)—

(a)

for “paragraphs (3) and (4)” substitute “paragraph (3)”;

(b)

for sub-paragraphs (a) and (b) substitute—

“(a)
a valid student air traffic controller’s licence granted by a competent authority in a Member State of the European Union and approved under this Order by the DCA;

(b)
an appropriate air traffic controller’s licence granted by a competent authority in a Member State of the European Union and approved under this Order by the DCA; or”;

(c)

in sub-paragraph (c), after “granted” insert “ and approved”.
