Article 118 Provision of training by operators and shippersI1

The operator of an aircraft, its handling agent, a shipper of dangerous goods by air and any agent of the shipper, must establish and undertake training programmes for those of their employees and staff who are involved in the carriage of goods or passengers by air.

In the case of an operator F1resident in the Territory or its agents, the training programme must be approved by, or acceptable, to the Governor.

In the case of a shipper or its agent, the training programme must meet the specified requirements.
