Article 34 Maintenance approvalI1

(1)
A person intending to engage in—
(a)
any stage of the maintenance of aircraft, aircraft components or aircraft materials;
(b)
the manufacture of parts for the purpose of maintenance; or
(c)
associated training activities;
must not do so without first obtaining from the Governor a certificate of approval in respect of any of those activities.
(2)
The Governor must issue an approval to an organisation that complies with the specified requirements.
(3)
A certificate of approval must be in such form, be subject to such conditions and limitations and contain such particulars as may be determined by the Governor.
