Section 39 Guidance
I1(1)
The chief constable must, in exercising any function under this Part, have regard to any guidance issued by the Scottish Ministers.
I2(2)
The Scottish Ministers must publish any guidance they issue for the purposes of this Part.
(3)
The Scottish Ministers may revise and revoke such guidance.
