(1)
The 1982 Act is amended as follows.
(2)
In section 28 (metal dealers: licensing and regulation)—
(a)
in subsection (1), for the words “Subject to subsection (2) below, a” substitute “ A ”,
(b)
subsections (2) and (3) are repealed.
(3)
Section 29 (metal dealers' exemption warrants) is repealed.
