Regulation 8

After regulation 26, there shall be added the following regulation–

“Miscellaneous

(1)

Section 4 of the Civil Aviation Act 1982^f1 shall not apply in relation to the performance by the CAA of its functions under these Regulations.

(2)

Nothing contained in either Part IV of the Airports Act 1986^f2 or Part IV of the Airports (Northern Ireland) Order 1994^f3, and nothing which is done under either of those Parts, shall prejudice or affect the operation of the provisions contained in these Regulations.”.
