Section 31 Voluntary contributions towards expenditure under Part I.
England, Wales and Scotland
The Secretary of State F1, Historic Environment Scotland or any local authority may receive voluntary contributions for or towards the cost of any expenditure incurred by them under this Part of this Act (whether in relation to any particular monument or land or otherwise).
