Article 2 Citation, commencement, operation and extent

Article 3 of the Order shall be amended as follows—

(a)

in paragraph (1)(b), after the words “agree to supply or deliver,” there shall be inserted—

“; or

(c)

do any act calculated to promote the supply or delivery of”;

(b)

in paragraph (2), after the reference to (1)(b), there shall be inserted “or (c)”.
