in the first place where it occurs, for “a Member State” substitute “ an appropriate authority ”;

for the words from “which is authorised” to “referred to in paragraph 2” substitute “ designated in accordance with paragraph 1(b) ”;

in the first subparagraph, for the words from “or authorised” to “Article 29”, substitute “ may commit themselves to comply with the rules and standards established by ICAR or by reference centres referred to in Article 29 ”;

in the second subparagraph, omit “, authorising those third parties”.
