In Article 6, for paragraph 2, substitute—

The appropriate authority may prescribe the list of materials whose placing on the market or use for animal nutritional purposes is restricted or prohibited taking into account in particular scientific evidence, technological developments F1... or ... intelligence sharing systems or results of official controls pursuant to Regulation (EC) No 882/2004.”.
