Paragraph 13 I1I2
As soon as reasonably practicable after having exercised a power to which paragraph 10 applies, the person who exercised the power shall—
(a)
prepare a written report of the inspection or search, and
(b)
if requested to do so by the occupier of the premises, give him a copy of the report.
