Paragraph 16 I1I2
A person commits an offence if he—
(a)
intentionally obstructs a person in the lawful exercise of a power to which paragraph 7 or 10 applies;
(b)
intentionally obstructs a person in the lawful exercise of a power conferred by this Schedule;
(c)
fails without reasonable excuse to give any assistance which he is required to give under paragraph 7.
