In section 1 of the Animal Boarding Establishments Act 1963 (licensing of boarding establishments for animals), in subsection (2), at the end of paragraph (e) insert

“or—

(f)

under section 34(2), (3) or (4) of the Animal Welfare Act 2006,”.

In section 3 of that Act (offences and disqualification), in subsection (3), after “1951,” insert “ or of any offence under any of sections 4, 5, 6(1) and (2), 7 to 9 and 11 of the Animal Welfare Act 2006, ”.
