Regulation 4 Amendment to the Avian Influenza (Preventive Measures) (England) Regulations 2006

In regulation 13 of the Avian Influenza (Preventive Measures) (England) Regulations 2006^f1, for “the Divisional Veterinary Manager appointed by the Secretary of State for the area in which the bird is located” substitute “the Secretary of State”.
