Article 7 Importation of sheep and goats

Any person importing sheep or goats into Great Britain other than for immediate slaughter shall allow them to be tested by an authorised officer of the Minister for contagious agalactia on arrival in Great Britain and shall detain them until their release is authorised by an authorised inspector.

This article shall not apply in the case of an importation from Northern Ireland or the Republic of Ireland.
