Article 2 I1

The fee payable by the holder of a certificate issued under section 6 (scientific procedure establishments) of the 1986 Act shall be determined as follows.

In respect of the period of twelve months beginning on 1st April in any year, there shall be a fixed and a variable element of the fee.

The fixed element for such a certificate which is in force for the whole or any part of that period is £170.

The variable element is £153 for each person who during the whole or any part of that period holds a personal licence which specifies the establishment to which the certificate relates as the place where the licence is primarily available.
