Paragraph 10 F1
The administration of a substance where—
(a)
the substance has no more than a mild impact on an animal,
(b)
the volume of the substance administered is within appropriate limits for the size and species of the animal, and
(c)
the substance is administered by any of the following routes—
(i)
subcutaneous;
(ii)
intramuscular;
(iii)
intraperitoneal;
(iv)
gavage;
(v)
intravenous, using superficial blood vessels.
