Paragraph 3

In regulation 9(5) (production of permits), for sub-paragraph (a) of the definition of “authorised person” there is substituted—

“(a)

in Jersey

(i)

a Jurat or the Magistrate;

(ii)

a police officer;

(iii)

a customs officer;

(iv)

an immigration officer; or

(v)

any other person authorised by the Attorney General in writing for the purpose of this regulation either generally or in a particular case;”.
