Paragraph 29
The increase of the sums authorised for issue out of the Consolidated Fund in respect of the HM Treasury Estimate comprises—
(a)
supplementary sums totalling of £27,515,611,000, and
(b)
a reduction of £273,000 in consequence of a transfer of functions to the Cabinet Office (see also Note 33).
