The power of the court under section 64 to determine an arbitrator’s reasonable fees and expenses may be exercised by a judge-arbitrator.

Any such exercise of the power is subject to the powers of the Court of Appeal under sections 24(4) and F125(3) (directions as to entitlement to fees or expenses in case of removal or resignation).
