The Roads (Northern Ireland) Order 1993 is amended as follows.

In Article 131 (application of Arbitration Act) for “the Arbitration Act (Northern Ireland) 1937” substitute “ Part I of the Arbitration Act 1996 ”.

In Schedule 4 (disputes), in paragraph 3(2) for “the Arbitration Act (Northern Ireland) 1937” substitute “ Part I of the Arbitration Act 1996 ”.
