Subject to article 3 of this Order, the following provisions of the Armed Forces Act 1991 (the Act) shall come into force on 1st January 1992–

  • sections 2 to 16;

  • section 24(1), (2), (4) and (5);

  • section 26(1);

  • section 26(2) insofar as it relates to the provisions specified in the Schedule to this Order.
