Article 146 Service of SDA sentence of service detention

In section 296 of AFA 2006 (service of sentence of service detention), references to a sentence of service detention include an SDA sentence of service detention.

In subsection (2)(b) of that section the reference to section 290 or 291 includes a reference to section 118ZA(3) or (4) of AA 1955 or AFA 1955 or section 85A(4) or (5) of NDA 1957.
