Paragraph 19 Public Passenger Vehicles Act 1981

In paragraph 1(7) of Schedule 3 to the Public Passenger Vehicles Act 1981 M1 (supplementary provisions as to qualifications for PSV operator's licence) the reference to an offence under section 42 of AFA 2006 includes an SDA civil offence.
