Paragraph 34 Goods Vehicles (Licensing of Operators) Act 1995

In paragraph 5 of Schedule 3 to the Goods Vehicles (Licensing of Operators) Act 1995 M1 (qualifications for standard licence)—

(a)

in sub-paragraph (1)—

(i)

the reference to an offence under section 42 of AFA 2006 includes an SDA civil offence; and

(ii)

the reference to the corresponding offence under the law of England and Wales includes the corresponding civil offence; and

(b)

in sub-paragraph (1A) the reference to an offence under section 42 of AFA 2006 includes an SDA civil offence.
