Paragraph 9 I1I2
A person is within this paragraph (subject to paragraph 11) if—
he resides or is staying with a relevant person in a designated area; and
he is in that designated area.
In this paragraph a “relevant person” means a person who—
falls within paragraph 4 or 6; or
would fall within paragraph 4 or 6, but for paragraph 11 or his not being in a designated area.
