Article 24F Restriction on duration of Motability arrangements by the Secretary of StateF1
The Secretary of State must terminate an arrangement under article 24D(2) where the Secretary of State is satisfied that—
(a)
the vehicle has been returned to the owner, and
(b)
the expenses of the owner arising out of the hire or hire–purchase agreement have been recovered following the return of the vehicle.
