Paragraph 14 Transfers out before 1st October 2023F1
(1)
This paragraph applies in relation to a member (“M”) in respect of whom the scheme manager paid a remediable transfer value before 1st October 2023.
(2)
The remediable transfer value payment—
(a)
is not, and is treated as never having been, paid by this scheme, and
(b)
is treated as being, and as always having been, paid by the relevant legacy pension scheme.
(3)
The scheme manager must notify the scheme manager of the relevant legacy scheme of the remediable transfer value paid before 1st October 2023.
