For the purposes of this scheme, section 14 of PSPJOA 2022 applies as if—
(a)
in section 14(2) the words “immediately before the coming into force of section 2(1)” were omitted;
(b)
in section 14(7)(b) the words “or section 10” were inserted after “section 6”.
