Article 2 Interpretation

In this Order—

• “the AFPS 1975” has the meaning given in rule A.1(4) of the AFPS 2005,

• “the AFPS 2005” means the Armed Forces Pension Scheme 2005 established by article 2 of the Armed Forces Pension Scheme Order 2005^f1, and

• “the Scheme” means that Scheme.
