Paragraph 45 Application of Section 5F1
This Section applies in respect of a member (“M”) who is—
a deferred choice member, and no pension benefits have become payable in relation to M’s remediable service under the AFPS 2005, or
an immediate choice member, where—
the end of the section 6 election period has not passed in relation to M, and
no immediate choice decision under this Schedule or the Schedule to the EDP 2005 Order has been made in relation to M’s remediable service.
