The relevant authority must, in relation to an asset transfer request, make copies of—
(a)
the asset transfer request;
(b)
the documents or information accompanying the asset transfer request; and
(c)
any representations or comments made by virtue of regulations 6, 7 or 8,
available for inspection on a website or by other electronic means until such time as the asset transfer request is determined.
