Article 43 Conduct of appeals and applications

The Tribunal may, subject to these Rules, decide the procedure to be followed in relation to any appeal or application.

(2)

Anything of a formal or administrative nature which is required or permitted to be done by the Tribunal under these Rules may be done by a member of the Tribunal’s staff.
