Regulation 10A Additional support for pregnant women and children under 4F1F7
In addition to the F2cash support which the Secretary of State may be expected to provide weekly as described in regulation 10(2), in the case of any pregnant woman or child aged F3under 4 for whom the Secretary of State has decided asylum support should be provided, there shall, as a general rule, be added to the F4cash support for any week the amount shown in the second column of the following table opposite the entry in the first column which for the time being describes that person.
In this regulation, “pregnant woman” means a woman who has provided evidence to satisfy the Secretary of State that she is pregnant.
