F2Subsections (1) and (2) of section two of the M1Supply Powers Act 1975 and Articles 5 and 6 of the Ministry of Supply (Transfer of Powers) (No. 1) Order, 1939, shall apply in relation to any functions of the Minister under this Act or any property vested in or under the control of the Minister by virtue of this Act.
