Paragraph 2
Any rights, liabilities or obligations of the Authority so far as arising—
(a)
from an application for the grant of a patent or for the registration of a design or a trade mark, where the application was pending immediately before the appointed day;
(b)
from any invention (whether patented or not) made before that day;
(c)
from the use by the Authority before that day of an unregistered trade mark.
