Regulation 8 Minor amendments of the 2003 Act
In the following provisions of the 2003 Act, for “Television without Frontiers Directive” substitute “ Audiovisual Media Services Directive ”
(a)
section 211(2)(b) and (3)(b) (regulation of independent television services);
(b)
section 329(7)(b)(i) (proscription orders).
