Article 32 (delegated powers) is amended as follows.

In paragraph 1—

(a)

for the words from “Commission” to “Article 128”, substitute “Secretary of State may make regulations”;

(b)

in point (b)—

(i)

for “national competent authorities” substitute “the CAA”;

(ii)

omit the words from “and the issuance” to the end.

(3)

In paragraph 2, for the words from “Commission” to “Article 128” substitute “the Secretary of State may make regulations”.
